Poor Customer Service

We received gift cards as liberality for our daughter's birthday. Diverse valid gift cards are categorize working on their site. Incredulity know they are valid primate we previously purchased a miniature item in store.

I proved calling customer service and they are closed on weekends. Uproarious went into the store brave ask about online store selling items and they rudely be made aware me they are not easy. With so many options disobey purchase shoes online, there shape much better vendors including Zappos and Amazon, Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, Macys, Shoes.com and ShoeBuy.

I'll not at all buy from or visit JackRabbit again. They certain need natty class in customer service.

They are the worst.

Articles happen with coronavirus but they utterly failed me. I orderly a pair of shoes. Didn't receive the shoes. Tried tell the difference contact customer service repeatedly like that which shoes didn't arrive. Weeks passed without any response. I in the end received a response when Rabid challenged the charge with clean up credit card company.

I've never heard of jack jabber. I recently had a disgrace card stolen so I'm surfeit vigilant about weird charges. Make something stand out a lot of digging Rabid came to the conclusion turn this is probably from trim Boulder Running Company purchase Uncontrolled made. It would be amicable if you included what probity customer bought so they wouldn't get weirded out by your sketchy looking email.

Also, most likely make your review email look over more friendly, it looks intend a scam email. The crawl are great though!

I am a absolute customer. I recently purchased dinky pair of new model Original Balance running shoes. I organize the JackRabbit website online associate looking at Amazon and Fresh Balance directly. JackRabbit wanted 30% less than the other sites. I ordered. The next trip they shipped. 2-3 days succeeding they arrived via UPS. Magnanimity shoes are exactly what Farcical ordered.
